To minimize disruption and ensure the safety of all residents, the following procedures must be followed for any water shut-off within the community:
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice must be provided to the HOA by posting physical notices on the building, clearly stating the date, time, duration, and company performing the shut-off.
The approved vendor for water shut-off is Gorsuch Plumbing, (562) 439-4034. Please note that they charge a service fee.
If you wish to use a different plumbing company, written authorization from the HOA is required in advance. The company must provide a statement accepting full responsibility for any damage caused by failing to properly turn water heaters back on.
Emergency water shut-offs must be approved by the HOA before any action is taken.
